Chocolate Ocelotl is an artisan chocolate maker by the shore of laguna de Masaya, Nicaragua. In the shadow of an active volcano, we are surrounded by forest and wildlife.
Having been adicted to high-quality chocolate for many years, necessity forced us from consumer to creator. After moving from Europe to Central America, where the climate favours growing cocoa beans but makes importing chocolate impractical, we investigated, explored, studied, and experimented our way to our own range of chocolate products. Focused on personal consumption and sharing with friends, we are occasionally persuaded to part with our creations and they have travelled across the world. |
